First of all when you are in hury and you have nothing to eat it's bettre to stop to a Fast Food ocasionaly and eat a salat or a sandwich with low fat meat .
In addition it happenes that once in a while to come home and realise that you didn't buy anything to eat .In this case you can go to near by Fast Food and order a pizza.
On the other hand it is very unhealthy to make an obsesion to eat only Fast Food .Fruits and vegetables are indicated for our health .In the case of Fast Food most of the meals are fried in saturated oils.
Thos kind of food represints jeopardy for our life, for our weight and even for our posible children .It is well known that most of the people who use to eat Fast Food are over weight and their life becames a hard situacion.
Finally it's better to eat fruits and fresh vegetables,boiled meat but not Fast Food .
